Xeomin
Xeomin is a form of botulism toxin that is used to block muscle movement in areas that contribute to wrinkles. It is used in the forehead, typically between the brows to soften frown lines. Unlike filler, Xeomin only impacts muscle movement, and has no effect on filling deep wrinkles that have already formed. The same ingredients in Botox and Dysport are used, though Xeomin is somewhat of a purer form of the toxin. After a muscle is injected with Xeomin, it relaxes over the next few days with a maximum effect seen at 2 weeks.
Price: At Nutura Clinic, our price for Xeomin injections is $10 per unit. We do have a 10 units minimum for any Xeomin treatment.

Here are some key points about Xeomin:
1. Cosmetic Use: Wrinkle Reduction: Xeomin is used for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines, which are frown lines between the eyebrows.
2. Medical Use: Neurological Conditions:** Like Botox, Xeomin is used to treat certain medical conditions related to muscle overactivity, such as cervical dystonia (a condition where the neck muscles contract involuntarily) and blepharospasm (involuntary blinking or eyelid spasm).
4. Differences from Botox: Naked" Toxin: Xeomin is often referred to as the "naked" toxin because it does not contain complexing proteins, unlike Botox and Dysport. Some practitioners believe this may reduce the likelihood of developing resistance to the toxin.
